"No one warned us that after driving 6 hours from Ohio we would have to wait almost 4 hours in our car to enter the property due to a security strike! Their solution? A $60 (CAD) meal credit! Pathetic!! I’ve never felt more insulted by a hotel property. Shame on you!"
