"Overall, our stay was really lovely and being in a hotel environment was nice. Things were decently clean, knowing reliably we were coming back to a fresh clean room everytime we went out was nice. There was one hiccup- a day into our stay, the toilet malfunctioned in the room we were staying in (started running by itself and wouldn't stop/ wasn't able to flush) and they said they would move us to a better room. However, they moved us to a room that someone had clearly vacated recently/ that wasn't clean! We were pretty frustrated/ grossed out by that. Luckily, when we let them know, they did finally end up moving us to a clean fresh room. It was a strange experience and I feel lucky that I was with my partner who advocated for us. "

"Great value in downtown Toronto! The hotel was centrally located and the staff were incredible (which I don’t say lightly). It seemed everyone was on a mission to make our day which was very much appreciated. The hotel is a bit older so the facilities are being updated or may require some minor upgrades but very easy to overlook especially for the price and service. Our breakfast was included and wow - it was easily the best breakfast buffet we’ve had at a hotel. The staff here were also amazing. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"Room was very small. Looked nothing like the pictures. The bed felt very small, I suspect a double, not a queen. Our room was not in a good location - right on the busy street. If you stay there, I recommend the main building, not the smaller building next door. Fine for 1 night stay. Great Location."
