"Below average, never again. The lobby was filled with neon video poker machines, off putting.... Pool hours SUCKED couldn't use them before 9am or after 9pm. LAME lazy lazy lazy owners. Indian investors with a wife with her hobby hotel. "

"Called the hotel directly to cancel my reservation in which I was told I’d get a full refund due to calling with enough notice. When I had Expedia call to verify, they denied the refund. I called the hotel and they had the notes in the system of the employee who had told me this.. they had since fired that employee and still refused my refund. I wouldn’t have cancelled had I known I wasn’t getting a refund. This is on management for not training correctly. Management has the option to give the refund and still decided not too. Very poorly managed hotel… terrible customer service and poor attitudes. Guy at the front desk actually hung up on me! "

"Room was fairly clean but the bathroon needs repaired. The implied breakfast was severly lacking!"

"No breakfast as stated, I room had trash still in it from the stay before us. When I told the lady up front she only said “yea we have been having a problem with that!” I am a paying customer and feel like that is not my problem when I have a dirty room. "

"It was absolutely terrible!!!! I refused to stay there. I asked for a non smoking room and the lobby reeked is cigarette smoke. The lady wasn't even start the desk, didn't even know what she was doing, and had to keep calling for help. There was even a box of mouse traps in the back counter. "

"The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast so nothing to get too excited about. Other than that is near plenty of restaurants and centrally located in Sedalia."
