I’d found this hotel on a previous visit to Hue (you can’t really miss it), but I had been staying at another five star just down the road. I always said, if I ever came back, I would stay here instead, and I did just that. It’s an impressive building both inside as out. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, clean, elegant, stylish. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. The pool and grounds are extremely nice. The restaurant and bar have are elegant and have delicious food and wine. We didn't try the spa but it looks extremely nice as well. The hotel is right on the river, a short walk to the train station, a longer walk across the bridge to the imperial city. The bar and restaurant staff were perfect: courteous, helpful, kind, unobtrusive.

We loved the hotel but we could tell it’s only recently opened. Front of house staff are super friendly and eager to please. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and breakfast on our first morning was exemplary, with very attentive staff. However the cracks appeared when we tried to order drinks and food to the pool, with drinks coming after the food, which took a long time to arrive. Then there were complications with the bill. Laura and her family were extremely welcoming upon our arrival! Took our bags to the room whilst we got a cool towel and arrival drink and fruit! Organised taxis to airport next day and guided us to where is best to eat! Wish we booked for more than one night as this hotel is lovely especially for the price we paid! Short walk to bars and restaurants and imperial city. Also allowed us to use pool and leave bags until our flight late that night. Would recommend !

Amazing hotel in the centre of Hue. Beautiful big bedroom with lovely shower room and large comfortable bed. The pool and garden are both beautiful and well maintained. Lovely breakfast selection, would advise to eat in garden as children are not supervised by parents. But don’t let this put you off. Walking street with bars and restaurants only minutes away and the main market in10 minutes walk over the bridge. Looking forward to returning next year.

The staff in the hotel are beyond excellent. They are so cheerful, helpful and have a great way of making you feel at home. The hotel is very new and therefore very clean with all modern fittings. I genuinely cannot find fault with this hotel. Without exception the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. They organised transfers and trips, sorted out laundry and upgraded our room (because we had arrived early from the night train!). The room was very comfortable, well appointed with lots of space and a fantastic view over the city from the 7th floor. Well positioned to explore Hue if you're not adverse to a short walk. Close to restaurant, bars and shops. Excellent

Nice central hotel close to everything, quiet area, narrow street next to a fun garden friendly amazing looking garden bar. The room was clean, the breakfast had a good variety of food, donuts, pancakes, cakes, soups, noodles, rice, eggs, omelette, salads, all kind of fruits, juices, cafe and coffee.
