The customer service provided in this hotel was second to none. We were collected from the airport and returned to the bus depost free of charge. They also provided a taxi service to the town centre and back for just over £1.00 each way. This was a very pleasant place to stay, especially due to the unfailing hospitality and helpfulness of the Senora and her staff. Although located at a distance from Cusco's historical centre, taxis were easy to access for around £1.50 (S/6) and there was a cheap bus service (20p) if you don't mind having to stand part of the way. There are excellent markets nearby, where - as on the bus - you get a broader feel of contemporary Peruvian society.

This hotel is everything I could’ve ever asked for during my stay in Cusco! It’s a super great location, awesome and friendly staff, good selection for breakfast, and impeccable rooms with great character. Travelling on my own I felt so safe and got great help in arranging for airport transfers and other services during my two separate stays (I came back towards the end of my trip as I was so pleased the first time!). Totally recommend!
