I was very disappointed with this hotel. Let me take the positives first, the location was good and it was reasonably clean and staff were polite. However, there was much wrong. There was no outside area for sitting in the sun. There is a terrace but this is only for the penthouse, something that is not clear on the description. When I travel to the sun I want somewhere to relax outside. This was very disappointing. The room was in a very poor state of repair. There was no hot water, no plug for the sink, the shower was not in great condition, in fact the handle fell off in my hand! The furniture was very tatty and in poor condition and it all needed updated. The balcony was about 2 feet wide and you couldn't really sit out as it wasn't wide enough for a seat, there also wasn't a seat on the balcony. Whilst the location is good for the town, itv is opposite a farm so be prepared to be wakened very early by the cockerels! I am a light sleeper but they were loud! I would not stay here again and my trip was spoiled because of the hotel. I did try to find another hotel but it was high season.

Excellent penthouse

The penthouse was excellent and two big terraces gave a good facilities. Also kitchen had everything needed. Only minus was missing lift ( the apartment stays in 5th floor ). So good practise;). Very friendly staff! Cleaning was every second day and it was ok for us. The location is also good. Silent nights but close everything.

Quiet location but hard bed.

Clean enough place but very hard bedding. I had to buy a pillow to get decent sleep. Located in very quiet soi with no bars or shops .15 mins walk to beach, walking street. 5-10 mins amble to decent supermarket. Small coffee shop next door only does coffee but nice brew. Probably 2 star place. Internet not bad. Could not screenshare tablet to tv. Probably better options available for similar price.

Very nice place. The Penthouse i felt at home. Checked out early in the morning so no one at front desk. They still owe me my 1000 baht deposit. But i would stay here again

Feels like home.

Comfortable, clean, modern rooms. Nice quiet location and attentive, friendly staff. Feels like home. Small kitchen in which we made most of our meals. In fact we met several guests here who like it so much here that they stay long term here for weeks or months. That alone says a lot about a place. Definitely will return here myself.

Hotel bardzo czysty, połozony na zapleczu szpitala San Paulo, niedaleko dworca kolejowego ( 700 m) i plaży (12-15 min pieszo), obsługa obiektu bardzo życzliwa, W pobliżu znajdują się sklepy, restauracje. Nocny market ok. 15 minut pieszo.

Durchaus empfehlenswert

Das Hotel kann man durchaus weiter empfehlen, es liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, nicht weit vom San Paulo Hospital, ca 8 Min zum Bahnhof, gut 10 Min zum Strand/Innenstadt. Das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt nicht so ganz. Wäre Frühstück incl., wäre es OK.
