"This is what it says, Rooms. It certainly is not for people travelling for work. It is in a spa facility which has very nice gardens and a pond for those who are looking to enjoy tranquility. Breakfast (vegan) is only delivered between 9-9:15 - and rooms are not made up over any days that you stay, nor is tea coffee topped up or towels changed. "A lovely one night stay here pre theatre trip to the Marlowe theatre. The added benefit of good paid onsite parking. The hotel does a two for one happy hour for cocktails from 6-7pm with a cheese plate for nibbles for hotel guests. Post theatre is was a very short stroll back to the hotel with post theatre night caps very close by outside. Breakfast was adequate, we would have liked a hot porridge option especially as the weather is cooling down now, but breakfast good otherwise. Altogether a good stay and we would return here again."

"Nice room near the lift as requested. Enjoyed a couple of drinks in the cosy bar in the evening. Appreciated the coffee bags in the room. The location is fantastic for exploring the city. Breakfast was very reasonably priced but wouldn’t bother again. The sausage and bacon were nice quality but spoiled by overcooking. The fruit salad was just a mix of melon and pineapple. Our bags were looked after without fuss, while we wandered around the next day. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"We had a great stay - the huge bed was really comfortable, the spacious room was great, everything was spotless; we loved the modern bathroom. There was no view from our room, but the staff were super helpful and made a fuss of our dog and brought her welcome bowls of water in the bar every day. We really appreciated the extra pillows and the kettle in our room too. There was a good selection at breakfast, although the full hot menu was only available one morning. We should have asked for a tray to save us going to and from the restaurant to the (dog friendly) bar to eat. We loved the stylish refurbished bars, and enjoyed the bar games. Shame the restaurant was closed for refurbishment, as the food looked amazing in the photos but the bar meals were ok. Better outside signage would be beneficial; we nearly missed the hotel entrance several times in the car as there was nothing when approaching from the left. But a great stay, and conveniently situated."

"We had a wonderful stay. The Millers Arms made our Canterbury experience even better. The room was clean and had all the amenities you could need. The people managing the property were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing! But best of all was the location and the view of Solly’s Orchard from the room. Everything was barely a 5 minute walk from this place. Highly recommended if you want a great stay away from the busy market area."
