I never stayed at this hotel because I was charged a no-show fee before I got there. On your site, it says check-in time was between 3-6 p.m. but when I got there after 4, I was told I only had an hour to check in. Unfortunately, I was at work and didn't get off until after 4. The front desk clerk was also rude when I was trying to explain to her how the website had a different time to check-in. Ultimately, I returned to the hotel I was at before and out of $43 because of the misleading advertisement on Expedia.

Terrible stay
I would give it a better rating had the room been cleaned properly between guests. I do not stay in hotels often but this was very disappointing. During my stay, my room had a terrible flea issue and my skin got the worst of it unfortunately. I tried to resolve the issue myself and buy spray and changed the sheets but it wasn't enough. I told the manager at check out and she refused to hear me or do anything to compensate my stay. I had to go get medicine because my feet and legs were so bit up and scabbed. She just gave me an attitude saying I should've said something sooner, so I complained too late apparently. The rooms shouldve been cleaned and sanitized BEFORE I even got there and there shouldn't have been a bug infestation. I have video that shows where I killed over a dozen within an hour or so of being in the bed! That flea problem has been there and they should've never had that room available yet until it was gone.

Horrible customer service!
Upon arriving to this location around 11 AM, my husband and I rounded the building, the property was clean of debris, no one was hanging out, there were no inoperable vehicles in the parking lot. We pulled into a space, I got out and approached the office, it was locked, the maintenance man came and informed me she will be back soon she's walking the property. Seven minutes later, the property manager Adrianna appeared, I proceeded to enter the lobby as she was going in, she turned around and asked, what did I need? I stated I had reservations and wanted to check in. She proceeded to go behind the desk and started to dryly state their rules, asked how many people were staying and said she needed my husband's ID as well. I asked why did she need his ID, with an attitude, she said to view the property. I said he won't be viewing because the decision is solely mine. She reluctantly gave me a key to view the room. I walked out of the office and realized, I hadn't paid for the room so I turned around and politely gave her the key back! I decided not to stay there and drove to another location.
