The Management staff was excellent. The hotel just needed to updated badly. Furniture wasn't in best shape, some had refrigerator, some didn't. No breakfast bar as before and quality wasn't what we expected. But overall the room was comfortable I was in for a handicapped rm, the shower for lower portion needed to be adjusted so water would go everywhere. But I did enjoy my stay., and understand they'll be renovating this particular place. Overall all good stay.

The night staff (Brittany) was amazing, helpful and polite. The day time staff (especially the manager, Diane) was rude, loud, and never followed up with me like she said would. The internet was out for a little less than half of my stay, and i was unable to work. The temperature of the water in my shower was lukewarm. Really disappointing.. I love Marriott, but i don’t recommend this location until they improve things.

The Hotel was average for the price. It was clean. The area was not a good area I suppose. I had my tailgate and both taillights stolen from my truck overnight. It took several weeks for management to look into the video surveillance and they never reported to me what they saw. Other than the theft and there not being any security the property was good.

I paid nearly $200 for one night at this hotel because it had such great reviews. The hotel itself isn't much to look at, it's an older building off gessner in a business area. The front desk was friendly and accommodating when the original room they gave us did not have a pull out bed as requested. The room itself was clean, however all around the hotel was not. There was a spilled beer in the elevator that smelled disgusting and my husband unfortunately dropped our babies pillow directly into the mess. I took my other son to the pool and there were towels and trash everywhere and bugs in the pool as if it hadnt been cleaned. It was also very loud, people slamming doors until midnight when we finally could get some sleep. The light in the bathroom was very dim and took 10 seconds to actually turn on. Positives were the bed and pillows were actually very comfortable and the sleep i did get was enjoyable. The room was clean and the linens were provided in the closet for the pull out bed. The bathroom was stocked with enough towels, a hair dryer, makeup remover wipes and full bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall. That was awesome. Would i stay here again? No, probably not unless it was dirt cheap to do so.
