"I was super disappointed with this property, to the point where I only stayed for one night of my reservation. Bugs, broken smoke detectors, toilets that did not work. I have stayed in MANY hotels, and I have never left one so quickly. "

"I paid for a booking after bad weather at the airport canceled many flights, I had a confirmed booking, and arrived at the hotel only to be told there were zero rooms available. Completely unacceptable. I will remove this review upon full refund. Zero goods or services were rendered for the money I paid. Extremely upsetting experience. Front desk staff were apologetic, but could not really do anything for me. This may be a decent hotel, but I would not know; Zero stars for zero rooms."

"The airport arrived promptly. The first room assigned did not have a working toilet. We packed up and moved to another room. Which had a broken tv and fridge. Then moved to a third room which was decent. Breakfast was very basic. Staff tried to be helpful but overall not a good stay. "
