Check-in was rough. The kiosks weren't working and only one desk was open to handle a crowd of arriving guests. The staff working it were helpful, but it was a mess. Hotel was amazing, bed was a bit firm for my liking but otherwise the stay was great! Staff was friendly, housekeeping was really nice and made sure we had what we needed. The view from our room was beautiful.
