"This hotel is convenient for its location which I appreciated. I also appreciated the self storage that was available for use after check out. However, the room I was given seemed to be looked over and attention to detail was not taken into account. Hair was left on the wall in the bathroom, the wall next to the dresser had fuzzy stuff on it, bathtub can be updated as this one had a permanent dirt line in the tub. Sheets did not smell clean and the towels were old and dingy. Carpet was pretty bad too. This was my fourth hotel I stayed in through out Tokyo and Kyoto and the only one that did not meet basic standards. "

"This hotel was a good first stay on our first few nights in Tokyo. It’s so close to Shimbashi station there is actually an underground tunnel in the hotel that takes you there. The neighborhood is quieter than some others but there are wonderful eateries nearby under the train tracks. Excellent and helpful staff, a big beautiful comfortable room and lots of amenities. Would stay again and would recommend."

"Room was big enough for two adults, staff was super nice to put the luggage in the room before arrival. Location is close enough to anywhere you want to go in Ginza / tsukiji, super convenient. "

"Clean and spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Plenty of amenities, bunch of restaurants around the hotel and a 5 min walk from a station. They even have a weighing scale for luggage in the reception!"
