"The staff were great and helpful. The room and pools were worn down and need renovating badly. Our shower drain cover kept moving and the tiles were loss and gross. The pool was huge but there was missing and loose tiles on the side that kept falling off."

Baymont by Wyndham Hot Springs On the Lake
"The room was dirty. If the AC was turned up from where it was set when we walked in (61 degrees) to a non-freezing temp (68), the whole room became incredibly wet to the point we were slipping on the floor. Every surface was wet & disgusting. The breakfast was not great."
