"We went to breakfast at 7:30 (ish) the pancake maker wasn’t working properly. I didn’t see any staff when we went in the dining area. The oiler on the light wasn’t charging my phone, I plugged straight into the wall outlet. It had black stuff all over it ??? Shampoo dispenser didn’t work. The lady at the front desk was very polite. Overall the room was great. View was great (lake view). We would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel is historic and interesting but very very dated. Part of the hotel is blocked off for construction. We were waiting for the elevator and the construction crew on the other side of the plastic was very loud and there was language unsuitable for children. The hot tub is outside, so not usable in cold weather. "

"Room with a view of Lake Hamilton! Planned to stay overnight only and ended up extending for 2 more nights. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The cleanest Motel 6 that I've ever stayed at. Room is huge, fridge and microwave are clean, Cable TV with premium channels. Nice location - you can go for a morning walk and just take in Lake Hamilton. Will definitely refer and def come back! Love the items that they give away at their check in counter, has a nice touch to it. Thank you for a relaxing stay. "

"I did not get the room that I booked and paid for online. I was supposed to get 2 queen beds and a couch and my room was not held for me. I receive a king bed and a couch. One of my friends had to sleep on the floor. How do you give a room away that was prepaid a month ahead of time?"
