"Great staff - We landed Lima in the morning andvthe staff arranged us early check in at noon. Great location - The hotel located at the historic center which is few minutes walk to a lot of scenery. Well maintained Property - Although the property is a bit old but is properly maintained. Rooms, corridor and lobby are always clean. Fresh breakfast - All the food offered are fresh, delicious and more than enough."

"Service was excellent.Even though we had to wait for our room to be ready,the service and readiness of the personnel was outstanding.I will come back again for the service. I had to leave the premises before 7 am and the clerk in charge at that time served me breakfast (breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9 00 am).Tgat mean a lot to me. Thanks guys from Plaza Mayor. "The place is centrally located in the historic district of Lima , you can walk to Plaza mayor or Plaze de Armas . For good dinning and shopping . Staff is friendly , there is a breakfast but we preferred to walk and eat somewhere else to enjoy the beautiful area"

"I was there for 1 night. It served the purpose. I liked the area. Good eating places in the area that's close bye. A gym. Shopping. Clean safe area. "

"Have to improving in the rooms . Need list one chair in the room . No heat water/ the toilet clogs all time even with no paper in the toilet. They charge for everything stains in all blanks / sheets so put chair in the room. People can’t lying down all the time . Air condition is a plus .Staff trying the best to accommodate but with adjustments can be really good hotel . Staff is good. Place with lot noise outside so the best improve is the windows so can block all noises from outside . "

"What a wonderful experience! The location is perfect for a “foodie”. Constant police presence and street cameras (one of the safest district). Rooms are serviced daily (new towels, soap, TP). Take advantage of their taxi transportation from airport to hostel or vice versa (18usd). Highly Recommended. My go to when traveling to Lima. 30 minute Taxi ride to Miraflores/Barranco (tourist destination). "
