Only 3 sests, all of which wobbly with screws missing and unstable to sit on. Crockery dirty and damaged and only enough for 3. Bedside cabinet fallen apart. Sofa beds supposed to be double, but were single and 1 broken and heavily stained. Cigarette butt found on the floor. Only 3 towels provided. Gap around shower...

I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. "Spa was excellent I had a room in The Paddocks and (as a single female) felt quite vulnerable on the 5 minute walk to and from the main building behind quite a tall hedge. Also my room wasn’t made up prior to the second night. The Poolside was lovely, staff were great and food/bar area all as expected. Will visit again (but ensure I’d be staying in the main building). "

"The hotel is in very good place for turist, next to good pub,also 5 min walk to national train station if you need that. Modern building with 10 flors,lifts, bar and restaurant. "We had a nice stay overall, but were very disappointed with one member of staff. He appeared to be making up rules, telling us our children were only allowed 40 minutes in the pool, whereas the day before another staff member had confirmed there were no such restrictions. Plus as were told to leave the pool, a couple with a child joined the pool for a swim. He also tried to charge us for towels, but later admitted we didn’t need to pay once he realised we were hotel guests. We had already signed in with our room number, so this should have been clear. Overall, we found this staff member to be quite incompetent and rude, which unfortunately impacted our experience. Other than that it was a nice stay, slightly out dated room and over priced food."

"While the actual hotel stay was good it was disappointing that the property was unable to be flexible with a booking error, while it was my mistake booking the wrong dates when I tried to correct this within 24h the property was unwilling to re-schedule or cancel the booking made in error leaving me with a 2nd booking was unable to use."
