"Roy and another young lady were there to check us into the two-level luxury room and very kind and helpful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. AC kept us cool in a heatwave. "Good value in comparison to the hotel we usually stay in in Cheltenham. Good sized rooms and excellent facilities. Only draw back is a lot of communication is via a central call centre rather than a reception."

"Fantastic location for town access and all that Cheltenham has to offer. Even though 1B is quite small it has everything needed for a short stay and is comfortable and very clean. Great communications too. Would recommend to others wanting easy access to Cheltenham town."
