Great location for walking to T2 & T3. Professional & courteous staff. Victorina at check in was very helpful. Clean rooms. Easy access to Elizabeth Line and Tube as well.

Room was great for a family but they dont offer room cleaning daily, only once every 8 days or you pay a charge to have it done.
