We would try and sleep but some type of machine was causing vibrations in half of it so when we woke up we were vertigo and just smelt like animal. Would love to give second chance opinion on not my expense though."

"The fact the pool and hot tub were out of order, upsets me greatly. My number 1 reason I book a Hotel is that they have a hot tub. Arriving and finding out it was out of commission greatly upset me, this being the 3rd hotel in a row with the hot tub down. I was very upset, the clerk said I could not cancel without paying the $140. (Expedia rules). looked for another hotel in town with a hot tub there were no others. I really, very strongly believe it was shut down to save a dime. "

"When we got there, it was mud on the floor from the front to the desk, going into the carpet, and I'm sorry, I think that was considered normal," the clerk said yeah, someone had mud and their shoes. We check in, and normally, hotels have at least a bottle of water to welcome you in the room. We got nothing. Next, I really was looking forward to having the free breakfast. cold muffins and bagels, without cream cheese, noway.. they put out peanut butter and jelly, cereal was good, and the coffee. I suggest having the grounds outside a little better needs a lttle of TLC. The hotel seems nice, and the lobby is very comfortable. The clerk at the front was very friendly at the time of checkout..."
