"Really, everything was more or less OK, but there were at least a couple of things that could have made the stay much more comfortable. The mattress was just way too soft. Not just soft like a pillow-top, but just uncomfortably squishy. The other thing was the air conditioner. The weather was pretty hot, so it was necessary, but it was loud and almost impossible to regulate beyond on/off. There was a thermostatic control, but no matter what I tried, it was stuck on a bit too cold. Same problem with the fan. My wife is very sensitive to drafts when in bed. There was no way to calm the wind generate by the AC fan."

"Fun experience overall. If you purchase the Charcuterie Boards you don't get to take the Boards with you which was very inconvenient and unreasonable, (pissed off my girlfriend) giving the expensive prices for them. Bonnieville should be giving them away with purchase."

"The bed was VERY comfy, i read that there was soundproofing but the room was not totally soundproof. Even though it was very low i could still hear people in the next room talking and Mr Stomp stomp Mcstomp upstairs. The staff was very kind but did input my email incorrectly which having said that, for some reason happens often with others. It would have been nice if kids weren’t allowed to jump in the outdoor hot tub and perhaps limited to the one inside with the pool. It was a nice property but is $$$$"

"This was our 4th or 5th time at this Best Western Plus. We had a great view from our window of the river, bridge and thunderstorm. Something changed since our last visit. The bed frames are painted black and stick out a couple of inches, at least, below the mattress. My shins are still sore from hitting the corners while going around the bed. Also, but not as painful, the curtains are so stiff that making them stay closed to shut out light is impossible. It’s too bad. The hotel is in a convenient location and is right on the river. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. Warning: don’t order the carrot cake!"
