Room was very clean and large, unfortunately our fridge went out and we had to toss food. The laundry room kept flooding so didnt get to do oir laundry and our dishwasher leaked pretty bad. The maintenance people did fix our fridge and dishwasher yay. We had two separate not so great interactions in the pools. The towel attendant were very rude, it was late but we got out of the pool and asked for towels and was told no, our kids were soaking wet and had to walk back to the room like that, this happened twice in two different pools. Location was great, lots to do and property was nice.

Everything was wonderful at the lagoon tower, amenities, staff, cleanliness, views were all perfect! Front desk at the main lobby should have been a lot more helpful in helping us find the right tower though - that was very frustrating after 15hrs of travel and trying to navigate it in the dark.

This property was great and we would stay here again. There are amazing pools and it’s in a very convenient location. The only issue was our laundry was stolen from the laundry room, this was disappointing and the hotel did not help look into security footage or seem too concerned.

Instead of directing us to the tower we were staying on, they made us check into a ridiculous desk that, although only had 2 people in front of us, took an hour to check in, and then they had us come around to a sales lady! Come to find out our tower was quiet and would have been really easy to check in there. The room itself was quite nice and spacious. They did not have a roll away bed option, but we made it work for our family of four. There was a continuous rattling noise in the bedroom that kept everyone awake at night, and the hot water took over 15 minutes to get hot, and then on the last day just never did. The lobby of the Kalia Tower was freezing, and our floor smells like garbage in the mornings. Honestly, I am only giving it a 3 star because the staff was responsive to text requests, gave us some credit for our troubles, and the laundry was also convenient.

The Hilton grand islander is a very beautiful and modern property at the Hilton Hawaii village. The rooms and decor are beautiful and top notch. Stayed there several times and will continue to stay there in the future with my family.

This is a large property with great dining and shopping options. Our room was very spacious with a full kitchen and was comfortable for our family of four. One thing I noted was that in the bedroom there was no ac vent so if we slept with the door closed it got warm. The property is family oriented which means lots of kids ! Our kids are older so maybe it wasn’t the best for us. There was an on sight laundry which was free to use and worked really well! During our stay there Wes a lot of construction so laying out at the pool included hearing constant jack hammering. I highly recommend this place for families with young kids (12 and under)

Family Vacation

Great stay. Walking distance to all the shopping and eating you could want. The lagoon is perfect for swimming and paddle boarding without the waves of the ocean. Free laundry which is the best thing!!!

This place was great! The view was spectacular the rooms were large. The living room was large. I love that it had two bathrooms. I would really recommend for anyone to go stay at this place. The swimming pools with the waterslides was so fun for the kids.

The Hilton Grand Vacations Club was great for my family. I had a conference at the convention center, so this was a great place for my family to hang out at while I was at the conference. The room was perfect, with the large main bedroom, and the pull out couch. The kitchen area had everything we needed, and it was nice to have 2 large porches to enjoy. The walk to the beach was short, and the beaches really nice for swimming. Great workout room and adult swimming pool in the Kalia Tower.
