"Superb hotel with helpful friendly staff who cant do enough for you. The room was clean and very modern. Everything was provided. Customer service excellent. The breakfast was the best ive ever had. A superb stay. Only small negative thing was that the dryer did not work well and took hours."

"The hotel reflects Expedia’s pictures. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I had the opportunity of meeting the General Manager as she has the good habit of interacting with customers to make them feel like at home, she is a very dynamic lady and a great problem solver, would definitely go back to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel."

"It's centrally located and is right beside the Jintai subway station which made it a very convenient base to explore Beijing. The service was excellent, I had breakfast included with my room and the food was quite good. I would stay here again!"

I even lost my phone in the taxi that dropped us off, and the staff went above and beyond to help me track down the driver and get it back. Would 100% recommend!
