Small room. Great and helpful staffs
The room is small and there is no table that can pull your computer. Wifi is fast and stable. Bathroom is clean and functional. The staffs are most helpful.

There was an emergency suspension of salt water supply for areas around North Point, Fortress Hill and Tin Hau during your stay, which our flush water supply was therefore being affected. We had communicated with our guests about the issue once being notified by the government, and they were given updates on the suspension until normal water supply have been resumed. Comfortable and clean. We have given a room which looks larger than photos on the website. There is a kitchen with cookwares. Staffs are nice and patient.

Located between fortress hill & north point MTR station. Convenience location.easy access to public transport. Airport bus stop just few step(1min walk)away. Supermarket,24h convenience store,restaurant,shops,everywhere. Small room,but clean. The bed & pillow is five star quality. Sound proof is not good.can always hear car passing,as this hotel is located on the main road. And hotel is not luggage & PWD friendly,from the entrance to the hotel lift,all stairs.

Good for solo stay
Checkin and checkout was smooth, service is a little slow due to shortage of staff. I was given a room on lvl 2 right outside the gym, but it wasn’t noisy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

The room condition is OK. Only one power outlet in the room. Bed is a bit hard. Pillows comfortable. The room is not soundproof so I can hear noises in the street all night.

Location of the hotel is within the heartland but the service staff of the hotel is bad. Requested for extra pillows but the hotel staff mentioned that extra pillow service is not extended to hotel guests. When the hotel decided to have us the extra pillows, it was done with very bad attitude. The drainage system of the toilet is also not good hence resulted in flooding at shower area. There are stairs from the ground floor to the hotel lobby and from the hotel lobby to the lift. Not convenient if you have too many luggages. Lift also broke down on our second day stay. Overall experience of the hotel stay is bad and will not return to the hotel again.

Not a good experience staying with Shama
My trip to HK last week was my first time staying in Shama Island North HK and it was not a good experience. The room was very different with the one that I booked and when I complained to the Frontliner, their response was very bad and not professional. At night, I complained again about the door key in Room 206, I can’t open the door and we were locked inside. In the next morning we were locked 15 minutes and can’t go out. Only after I called Frontliner, someone help us to open the door from outside. I was very upset, we can’t go out easily from our room. Fortunately one officer called Alice (or Elise) as the Assistant Manager help to change our room to 209 and it was totally better. Not a very good experience stayed with Shama.
