"Great experience overall. The property is lively, clean, and the staff were all friendly. The only complaint was housekeeping. It was very minimal and not well done when they did come. We had to call several times as towels and drink glasses were taken but not restocked. One day they didn't come at all. Sometimes things were wiped down and cleaned up, other days the beds were made but the trash was still full and there was sand by the door. It was kinda weird as everything else about our stay was great. We'd go back, but it was disappointing to come back to a messy room at night."

"The hotel was easily accessible with a decent amount of parking in the structure. The hotel is in decent shape for being built in the 70s. There are some wear and tear throughout the hotel but nothing excessive. I stayed during the week so not to much foot traffic throughout the hotel. Check in went smoothly and made it to my room within a few minutes. The room itself is a decent size the restroom is massive mainly the shower you can fit about 20 people in there lol. The wear does have some wear as they paint on doors and wall is fading away due to daily use. The toilet had issues flushing I needed to remove the back in order to adjust the lever to flush correctly. Over it was clean nothing major that would make me not want to stay anymore. The pool area was nice not too crowded although they definitely need to sell drinks close by please!!... I would definitely recommend this hotel its all within walking distance to other hotels and casinos and heavenly village plaza that has a decent pizza spot which I also recommend! Thanks for the stay Bally's!"

"I loved the atmosphere of this property. A cool boutique hotel with that whole Tahoe vibe. The lobby couch and a fire in the fireplace, add in a good book and relax or share a complimentary drink together. The outdoor fire pits, seating area, and corn hole that are ready to go. I especially enjoyed the pool and taking advantage of the spa after a sunset walk on the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable and included all the amenities. The staff were kind and helpful. I wasn't able to make it to the restaurant next door but hope to in the future. My room was on the outside of the property and while I was concerned if it would be dark or noisy, that wasn't the case. Stateline and Heavenly are just up the road. I would definitely come back to this hotel again."
