"The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."
"Overall, an excellent property with clean facilities and a great location.
Two areas for improvement are;
Check-in instruction was troublesome, and
I would like to leave my carry case on the final day of my stay after checking out until evening.

"Lovely hotel with modern rooms and friendly staff. Location is close to the main square and there are loads of lovely restaurants and bars within a few minutes on foot. Would definitely stay here again if back in Krakow."
"This hotel was clean, beautiful, modern and in a great location, but what made it even better was the truly outstanding service of every employee. Would definitely stay there again!"

"I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The apartment we had was immaculately clean, had all we needed and the staff above and beyond to we had everything we could want.
There is a small supermarket, a bakery and an off licence across the street which were very handy. Galleria Krakowska and the train station were just a couple of minutes walk away.
A 5 minute bimble to the Barbican and another 5 to the market square.
I will definitely return to Cracow Central 10/10"
"After late arrival due to flight delay the transfer and reception team were very friendly and welcoming! Was given a room upgrade which was fantastic!
Located centrally walking distance to excellent shops/restaraunts/bars.
Altogether a very pleasant stay in a lovely historic city"
