The room was comfortable and spacious, beds were incredibly comfortable but was lacking some basic amenities like water glasses and a proper outlet in the bathroom. Runway view was worth the upgraded cost!

Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent, courteous and friendly. Room could of had a mini fridge and a bigger table. Bar was good. Easy access from airport to hotel. Had a great time visiting London and its surroundings. Love to stay at holiday inns. Thank you.

My stay had to be postponed due to itinerary complications. Hotel management did more than their share to alleviate the difficulties unrelated to them, and offered to host me at a more convenient timeframe. Very thoughtful and proactive management with matching staff.
