"The cottage was amazing, access gained easily when we arrived. The property was nice and clean and well presented. We travelled with 2yr old twins and 1 cot was provided and 2 high chairs which was brilliant for us as we were able to bring our own travel cot as well. Plenty of room for the four of us. information on shops and local amenities was good. "We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel in York. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York! "

"Sheets had big stain on , floor was in need of a vacuum, hairs in bathroom, furniture had rips in, stains on carpet, car parking space was tiny, we were kept awake on both night by noise and partying in other apartments. The shower was barely warm and went cold after one person had showered. Wouldn't stay again, over priced and begrudge paying a cleaning charge when it's not clean."
