"Room was clean and comfortable. Lady on reception in the morning was really friendly and welcoming. I bought a coffee and we had a little chat, which was really nice! I will definitely be booking again, but next time I will be using the amenities."

"Great location but the hotel and rooms are tired parking is a nightmare as people using the leisure club take up all the guest parking so had to park next door. Rooms are large but tired. "

"Booked because of the spa, such a disappointment. Tiles missing out of the steam room, only noticed as it wasn’t working, not one shower in the spa area working, had to go into changing rooms to shower down after sauna etc. water fountain not working. Changing rooms not much better, locker had key code locking, difficult to find one that actually worked, hair drier not working either. Such a shame it’s being run down as could be stunning."
