"The property itself was lovely, well maintained and in a fantastic location, which we really appreciated. However, the self-service check-in was quite disappointing. We did not receive any arrival instructions by email, and there was no one available on-site to assist us. After some time, a cleaner kindly stepped in to help, although it was clear this was outside her usual responsibilities, and the language barrier made things a bit challenging for both sides. We stayed for two nights, and on both evenings we witnessed multiple guests experiencing the same issue; it was quite unpleasant, especially knowing we weren’t in a position to assist."

"Great location, just opposite The Square and right beside the Luas stop. We stayed overnight for a show in the 3 arena...literally door to door service on the Luas!! Staff were super friendly. The bedroom was spacious with large comfy bed. Breakfast at 12.50 was excellent value and the fresh fruit salad was the best I've ever had. We will definitely be back again! "
