Front desk needs to be complimented - Even though we arrived at 5p and room wasn’t ready, I believe they may have been short staffed - Christy at check in was so welcoming,and attentive listened to my requests and did what she could to fulfill with a smile. "I was traveling and needed a place to sleep. Checked in around 9 p.m., and left at 8 am. Did not utilize any services of the hotel. It was clean, but didn't have good sound-proofing. Lots of noise in the hallway."

"The room and environment were so deplorable that I did not stay here. There were stains on the bed, towels, and chairs, and it reeked of cigarette smoke. There were two dingy small pillows on the bed as well. When I made complaints about the room, the room they were going to switch me to already had people inside. I canceled my stay, and they have yet to give me even a partial refund. The attitude of the manager was degrading and condescending so much so that they continually hang up the phone and have even stopped answering when I call. Trust me Do NOT stay here!"
