"Very nice place I got special attention and I think that's what everybody gets you right in the middle of things as far as Dayton Ohio's concerned very close to some other amenities I would recommend this hotel they treated me like royalty and highly recommended to friends and family and travelers also it wasn't too expensive!"

"Staff was friendly but inexperienced. Took me an hour to get checked in. My room was filthy. Came with a kitchenette. Fridge was covered in looks like dead bugs, mold & smelled. Did not dare open it. Walls were covered in stains, bed had new sheets but could see stains through the mattress covers. Entire property smelled like mold. Bathtub was covered in rust & mold. Easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Even at the cheap price I would not recommend. Would rather sleep in my car. "

"Fantastic location, cross the street from a minor league baseball park (High A level) with restaurants and bars around the park. Clean room and great coffee in the morning!"

"I can overlook a lot but so many things here! The floors were filthy, carpets smelled like urine, only one plug worked in the whole room so charging devices was impossible. Three little half pillows and covers as thin as paper. The icing on the cake was running out of hot water one minute into my shower with shampoo on my hair. I had to rinse in the sink with cold water. This was the worst hotel experience we have had in many years. Would not recommend this hotel at all!!!"

"We booked for only one night and it exceeded expectations, the room was adorable, clean, the whole hotel smelled fresh, parking was a breeze, the staff was lovely, the TV had preloaded streaming services just had to log in. The shower alone was worth the price, the water pressure was adjustable and amazing! It does spray out of the shower a bit so keep the door shut! The room was on the pricier side but it was worth paying for peace of mind and comfort. My only regret was only staying one night! We will be back as we didn’t get to explore the hotels opportunities or try the restaurant and beautiful bar!"

"This Hotel has hard beds. The shower water pressure is terrible. I had a issue with my toilet told the front desk and was told it would be fixed and no one did anything at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I'm glad i was by myself it would have been more upsetting if my family was with me. For this to be a extended stay hotel. No pans No glasses not even tissues in the room. Lol"
