"The hotel staff that lives on the premesis act as if your in there livingroom disturbing them. A few of the woman were coughing walking around in thier pajamas I clearly was in the way being a paying customer trying to make my coffee. Paying customers should expect a certain level of professionalism. Teach them some manners Holiday Inn please. "

Spotless, excellent accommodation, however, the hotel experience provided by the entire team, from the valet team, to the front desk, particularly, Mr. Lord, absolutely impeccable, so professional yet so gracious and kind it’s what gave this hotel experience a true 5 star feel. We have been very fortunate to have stayed at many 5 star hotels at many major cities and can confirm that our stay at the Omni Hotel has been by far our most enjoyable experience. "Received incorrect room. Hair was all over the bathroom. Beds were said to be queen size but we were very uncomfortable and our feet dangled off the bed. We are average size people. Refrigerator barely cooled our left over take out. You have to pay $10 a night to park. The staff tried their best to accommodate us. They were nice. However, pretty Disappointed and will not be returning. "

"Average. This property needs to finish the little details in rooms that are not completed. Refresh painting on ceiling and walls. Need new toilet (I had to hold the handle for about 45 seconds to have a complete flush…annoying. The parking is not adequate at entrance. The hotel needs to inform guests about the specifics amenities and deficiencies about rooms at check in. This hotel’s housekeeping never cleaned my room-I stayed two nights. This hotel is all smoke and mirrors. I give it a rate of 2.5 stars. It has potential to be greater. "
