"I use to stop at this hotel before flying from DUS airport. The hotel is very good situated and it offers an affordable good quality accomodation. The breakfast is copious and delicious. The staff is friendly too. "

"I checked out early, and a rude employee refused to provide a refund. If you plan to set a laptop in your room, the desk is way too small. Looks like a kindergarten. Breakfast is very basic. Poor. That's how you lose a customer. Never again."

The only thing that I didn’t like was that I payed for late check out and listened to the instructions of the receptionist who told me to hang the „do not disturb“ so nobody would disturb me the next morning. But the staff was still knocking like 3 different times. But apart of that and overall everything was perfect. "
