Mentioned this to the front desk an only response was “yeah I noticed that too… it’s weird because we fine $250 for smoking in the rooms”… no apology just that. Pool was SO COLD my kids only ...

couldn't seem to get our heater to throw out heat. finally after turning off and on again got it to work. second morning we woke up and room was freezing cold. discovered that the window trim was broken and cold air was pouring in and over powering any heat. notified the desk on departure.
