"The pool was very nice and during the afternoon, we had it all to ourselves. Hot breakfast was provided. We stayed in an Accessible room, and it was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We stayed 3 nights. Some days we had housekeeping service; others we did not. That may have been due to our own schedule of coming and going. I would recommend this hotel and stay again."

"Rooms were not really clean, remote was sticky and didn’t work. The room mirror was dirty, I called housekeeping and front several times from the room phone and no answer, the carpet was dirty and there was Oreos under the box frame "

"What more could we ask for? Clean, comfortable, safe, good breakfast. The in room coffee was meh, and we didn’t use the pool to be able to mention it. Two comfortable king beds, as well as a sleep sofa was better than found elsewhere. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 100% recommending. "

"Taylor was rude and not understanding my communication as what my needs were as an amputee. I ask specific questions before i booked the room and she would not be truthful to this even tho i went in first to discuss as for this very reason and it still didn't help. For shame Hilton not wanting ti make this right"
