Great value. Convenient to the interstate. Nice breakfast. Beautiful lobby decor. Comfortable bed. All of the amenities needed. Good ice machine (could use a bottom though). Good parking.

I liked that the non-front desk doors allowed access out only. Thus, it felt safe as everyone would have to come in the front door past the front desk.

Decent with nice staff, but overall property needs overall maintenance, door latches, shower drains, etc. Hot tub functional but very strong chlorine made eyes sting.

Cleaning product
The room was very clean but the cleaning solution smelled very strong and persisted throughout the stay. Maybe a solution without such a strong smell would help.

We requested a room that didn’t have dogs in it recently due to allergies. Not only was there dog hair on the couch but because they allow smoking in the hotel rooms the smell of cigarette smoke filled the hallways and also into our room. Made it difficult to sleep because of the strong smell. Would not recommend too anyone.

We do not allow smoking in the Hotel and all and when anyone does smoke we charged them.

Older hotel. Needs some maintenance done. Outside door did not lock. Our room door did not shut unless you pulled it hard to close.

Front Desk Person Holly was amazing very accommodating. Great personality and super friendly. We checked in last night 12/21/23. Go into our room but no hot water in the bathroom sink. I guess this is a known problem so Holly was able to get us another room. First she said there is nothing on available on the first floor but was able to find us one. Please keep in mind there are not elevators but not listed when booking the hotel. This is a very old hotel, rooms a small and a little cramped.

We have been traveling by car for nearly a month due to a family illness & a death. Your property is by FAR the BEST property for efficiency, cleanliness a Cal-king bed and no $200 add on for my two dogs who don’t weigh 18# put together! If possible I will stay in a Bay mont Wyndham property every time even if it means traveling beyond our miles for the day! THANK YOU!😀

It was clean, sweeper could have been run just a little better. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but the guys were doing the best that they could. Overall, it was good and I would come back.

I’ve had to stay in Holbrook frequently and tried many motels on Navajo Blvd. this is the best in terms of safety, condition, and price. But it is nothing special. The bar is quite low in Holbrook.

Very comfortable stay. I'm mobility challenged and the handicapped parking spaces were very convenient to our room. They offer a discount for Plaza Bonita and Foodies Restaurants and both were very good. Plaza Bonita for Mexican and Foodies for sandwiches. Both have a good breakfast.
