"This hotel need a big upgrade it is falling apart. Most of the lift were out of order, we got stuck in one of them and the staff was very annoyed with us instead of apologising. "This is a good classic Victorian hotel. Sea view room was clean and big enough. Bed was huge ! Bathroom clean with excellent large shower. Good buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly and courteous.
