Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. My room was pretty and cozy.

This property is top-notch! The staff are phenomenal. So kind, helpful and professional. The manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were booked for two nights but unfortunately due to our airline loosing our luggage we were on able to stay 1 night at the oriental Jade. But from the time we checked in until the time we departed they were amazing and helpful! We had two twin beds, very comfortable. The room fit all our luggage. Bananas and oranges were in the room along with bottled water. The shower is huge and beautiful! The bathroom was spacious. We had a wonderful sleep. The breakfast. It is amazing. There is everything, done to order omletes, eggs, bread, noodles, spring rolls, fruit, cereal. Fresh juices. The quality and taste was GREAT!!! This hotel goes the extra mile. I can't express enough how satisfied we were!

The staff at Hotel Solis are all amazing, especially Liz at the front desk and the gentlemen at the entrance. Very helpful and friendly. The location is great as it's close to any food, spas or shops you are looking for to pamper yourself. Airport pickup and dropoff is helpful as well. Rooms are nice but the halls can be quite warm, as the temperature outside is. There are no room views, just neighbouring buildings that are quite run down. The rooftop bar area is a couple flights of stairs up and could use some coverage from the wind. The pool area was cramped but nice. Complimentary breakfast buffet is a good way to have a bite before going for a Viet breakfast. Please note the beers/drinks in the mini fridge are not complimentary, but there are no prices listed. Would definitely stay again, thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel and staff are wonderful. Ms. Le helped to arrange everything from spa appointments to transportation to ideas of places to go and things to see or do. The hotel is clean. Rooms are cleaned and restocked daily without request. The food is delicious and some of the best we had while in Hanoi. 10/10 recommend staying here!
