The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

This hotel offered 5 star service from the beginning til end. Super convenient location which was great and the breakfast served was delicious. The rooms were just decent, nothing special but the food, service, and location makes up for it. The staff was contstantly smiling and extremely helpful. Would definitely come back here.

The staff is amazing! Everyone from the bell hop to the front desk, to the bartender, to the supervisors, as well as the cleaners we saw around. They took care of every need. Accommodated every request we had! 10 out of 10 would recommend based on staff alone! Location is perfect for walking / shopping.
The pool is average, the roof top bar has great atmosphere, but you do have to walk up stairs the final two flights, the elevator does not go to the top. Additionally the bathroom is down on level, so as we drink and need the bathroom, we were up and down the stairs several times. It was fine, just something to point out.
Beds were comfy. Room was big enough. Everything was really nice. But honestly that staff is unbelievable! They made the whole stay fabulous!
