"We were in the annex. Room perfectly nice with good bathroom but bed very soft compared to what we're used to.The rooms at the back are very noisy by the road; inconsiderate guests returning late to their rooms being very loud didn't help. "

"The layout with two sections to the building on opposite sides of the road was a bit odd. No kettle in the room for tea but facilities on ground floor. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety and good presentation."
