"Very roomy accommodation very clean you can fit four people in this place easily. Very close to everything. I’m a solo traveler on a budget and although it has all the positives if I go again here in Alaska on my own, I will not stay here just because it’s too pricey I didn’t like the fact that I have to pay 4% to use my credit card. I was willing to pay cash, but apparently you can’t. The host is very easy to reach snd accommodating. For couples or families this will be a gem!"

The Sauerdough Lodging was one of our favorite guest houses because the location was amazing and the hosts made it the check-in and check-out process so easy. Our host communicated early and anticipated our arrival, unlike the other guest houses we visited. I juggled plane travel, train travel, shuttles, and lodging for my family, and I appreciated their proactive communication to ensure everything went smoothly. I’m very pleased with our experience, and I would definitely stay here again in the future!"
