"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue excelente. Desde nuestra llegada, el servicio fue muy bueno y el personal siempre se mostró amable. Quiero hacer una mención especial a Pascual, quien forma parte del equipo de valet en la entrada. Su atención, amabilidad y disposición hicieron una gran diferencia durante nuestra estadía. Siempre nos recibió con una sonrisa, fue muy atento y se aseguró de ayudarnos en todo momento. Personas como Pascual son las que realmente hacen que un huésped se sienta bienvenido y valorado.Definitivamente, su excelente servicio merece ser reconocido. ¡Gracias, Pascual, por hacer nuestra estadía aún más agradable! "Definitely a party hotel you can hear music for many hours after you sleep if you’re looking for someone to relax this is not the hotel. I didn’t speak Spanish, so it was kinda hard to communicate with the staff but overall we had a great time. The pools and the beach were good. Water did stop at like midnight one night I mean you’re in another country. Would you expect it’s like Mexico in a sense. I mean, we weren’t there for the room. We were there to party and spent a lot of time on the beach, but overall our room was comfortable. We had to ask for clean towels every day because there was no towels left in our room."
