"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。 今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"周邊機能方便，走出去三分鐘的路程有公車可搭乘到博多地鐵，走路其實也不會很遠，約10分鐘 樓下全家、加油站、停車場、藥局、24小時超市，這都在五分鐘達，超方便 房間真的太美好了，像家一樣，隔音也好、乾淨、齊全，房東訊息回覆快速並且親切，下次都要住這裡☺️ 最後一天回去建議直接叫uber費用大概台幣400元（六人座），一家三口+六件行李真的比搭車方便很多哦！ 幫大家附上飯店周邊地圖可以參考！"

"3대 가족여행, 방2개(1번방: 어머니, 2번방: 나, 와이프, 아기). 카이센동을 만들어주고, 카레도 나오는 일본 음식을 조식으로 체험이 가능하여 좋았습니다. 폭포 전망도 아주 좋았구요. 다만 음식 종류가 많지는 않고 딱 필요한 것들만 있습니다(오믈렛 맛있어요. 생선은 좀 비려요.). 직원들은 매우 친절하여 최대한 도와주려고 하였습니다. 승합차를 렌트하여 가져갔는데 방1개 예약당 1일 무료 주차가 적용되어 3일 중 1일치 주차비만 내고 호텔 추가 주차비 걱정없이 마음껏 왔다 갔다 했습니다. 방도 깔끔합니다. 다만 일본 시내 답게 좁긴 합니다. 욕조는 매우 깊어서 아기가 매일 저녁마다 잠들기전 제공되는 입욕제와 함께 수영을 신나게 했습니다. 텐진역도 걸어서 매일 다니고, 바로 앞에 규카츠 및 패밀리마트가 있어서 편리했습니다. 편의점은 맨날 하루를 마무리하며 다녀왔네요.ㅎ"
