"This was the most pleasantly surprising hotel that packs a punch well above it's rating. The hotel is very clean with friendly service, amenities, and great breakfast! The room was extremely spacious, closer to north american sized rooms than Japanese. The room was very clean and towels were replaced daily. Wifi worked reliably and I would stay again in the future"

"Great hotel!! Everything is clean, staff is super friendly and always willing to help. It’s super close to train station and about 20-25 min walk to Hirosaki castle or by bus. Lots of places to eat around.
Visitor center across the street at train station. Recommend visiting that to help plan itinerary etc.
They also have cheap car parking if renting a car.
Will be staying here again when visiting Hirosaki."

名前を伝えチェックインするが2泊の予定なのに
1泊と言われ、2泊を伝えるも1泊ですと言われ先払い済みなのにホテル代請求される。
予約画面を見せてようやく対応。
駐車場を停める場所を聞き、了承を得たが次の日、観光中にめちゃくちゃ電話がかかってきて、出ると駐車場の場所を移動して欲しいと連絡が来て意味がわからない。許可を得たと言っても移動して欲しいと一点張り。予定してたプランを変更してわざわざホテルまで戻ってきた。スタッフ間の連携ができないホテルだと思われる。"
