Some small details need attention, like a blinking light from the TV furniture, not working telephone handset (only the speakerphone). Terrace was closed. "Capitalia Antara Polanco was great and exceeded my expectations! The host was very informative and communicated prior to check-in which made the process very easy. The entire staff I dealt with was very kind, polite, and helpful. The property is very clean, smells great, and both of my rooms were spacious and had plenty of amenities (including full kitchen) that helped me enjoy my stay. I also took advantage of the complimentary rooftop breakfast on two occasions and it was lovely enjoying the city view with fresh juice and eggs made to order. It really helped to get the mornings started on my busy days. The location is very convenient, there's plenty to do in the surrounding areas from shopping to dining and sightseeing. In just short walks we were able to go to both Antara plaza and Palacio de Hierro for shopping, dined at several restaurants with lots of variety, toured Museo Soumaya, as well as covered the basics at convenience stores and pharmacies. While other attractions were just a short drive away like Bosque Chapultepec and lucha libra at Arena Mexico. I'm very thankful this stay enhanced my trip, I felt like I had nothing to worry about. I would definitely stay here again!"
