We enjoyed our stay and loved our big terrace. The company was quick to provide an extra fan when I requested. Safe and walkable neighborhood and easy to get to Antara and Palacio del Hierro. So many food options around. We want to also acknowledge our hardworking security person, Luis, always opened the gates for us with a smile and warmth, and memorized our names right away! Always diligent in his work and helpful. Amazing experience all around for us.

Great location for our needs. Thank you to the property management for providing much needed ear plugs because eve thought quiet time is aftre 10 pm you can hear bathroom activities and small talf from the neighboring units. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Had a good stay here, communication with property managers was also great. When we needed something they’re response was quick. Walls are thin so noise does filter through a bit, shower water takes a few minutes to heat up but overall had a good stay. Close proximity to shopping centres and restaurants in Polanco.
