Hinton Charterhouse Trip

Lovely staff, very convenient location and a good breakfast

This hotel is super clean. The only concern that I have is with the housekeeper. She did not clean the shower.

The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

Clean and quiet. There were a couple of issues but overall good value for the money. Right near the west end. Tube station around the corner. Nice staff.

I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that my room has a large beautiful bathroom with a sink so small and low that washing your face, brushing your teeth or shaving was impossible without splashing water all over the floor.I hope it was only my room!!
