"While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional. The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel."

"We received the best care by IHG Tokyo Shibuya. They gave some great recommendations, staff were lovely. Breakfast was amazing and for 2 weeks we safely called this place our home.
