"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "

"I cannot stress how much I recommend this hotel enough; the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The owner, Kosuke, was so cool, accommodating, and sweet. Before we arrived, he called me on the phone to try and get my estimated time of arrival so he could pick us up from the train station. He did us the favor of stopping at a convenience store so that we could get everything we needed before going to the hotel itself. "What impressed me the most is the staff. Their service is superb and better than most of the five-star hotels that I have stayed in Tokyo! Breakfast buffet is great with tons of choices. Scenery surrounding the hotel is beautiful. "

"The perfect place to stay after a long flight or if you have an early departure. We arrived after 9 pm and were ecstatic to walk into the hotel without leaving the terminal. Clean room, but unfortunately didn’t have a water view this time. Woke early from jet lag and was able to get breakfast at 6 am. This is the third or fourth time staying and will do so again."
