Really nice place with beautiful apartments only a small issue on check in with the key but otherwise all good

Beautiful hotel with emphasis on quality and service. Ideal location convenient to harbour and beach. Immaculate throughout.

Always great here

Kent who checked us in, showed endless patience, when my friend had inadvertently booked for the wrong night. All ended well thanks to him. The room itself was ideal for my friend and I to put all our things and both have the space to ourselves. We enjoyed it. so much we booked our next days stay in St Augustine in the Best Western - hoping it will measure up Thanks again Kent

The staff were really helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable!

What a find! The suite of rooms spoiled us. The staff was very friendly, the suite was very clean, comfortable, quiet. We will be back.

We had a room with a view over the lake which was perfect with younger children and older adult children (Me) looking for alligators every morning. We had a fantastic stay, all staff were wonderful, the rooftop breakfast was perfect and the views from our room were spectacular. The room was spacious we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, attentive staff, complementary yoga classes and morning coffee. Great overall.

Great location, lovely apartment - perfect place to rest, swim, cycle to the beach and relax. Wonderful bird life. Great sunsets.

Previous reviews were incredibly helpful/assuring and we did make the right decision. Despite having dated (but tidy) decor internally which I understand will be addressed in December '12 we required a kitchen, living space and two bedrooms. The laundry room was...

Great place

What a nice place. The queen suite has a full kitchen and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for the price range. Well done Hilton. Well done.

Charming historical hotel in the very best location. Happy hour every afternoon, very nice staff. Highly recommended
